About Straight Up Fitness
Straight Up Fitness provides personalized training and wellness coaching designed specifically for women 35+ who want to build strength, improve confidence, move better and create sustainable habits that fit real life.
Using an assessment-based approached and the NASM OPT model, every program is individualized based on movement patterns, fitness level, lifestyle, goals and long-term success. Training focuses on functional movement, proper progression, accountability, and helping clients feel stronger both physically and mentally.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with graduate degrees in business and social work, I take a whole-person approach to coaching by understanding that fitness is about more than workouts alone. Confidence, stress, consistency, mindset, stages of life, and daily habits all play a role in long-term progress.
My goal is to create a supportive, straightforward coaching environment where women feel empowered, capable, and confident while building realistic routines that support long-term health, strength, and everyday life.
